Reliability between the speeders, expressed by intra-class correlation coefficients (CCIs), measures the degree to which the instrument used is able to distinguish between participants indicated by two or more advisors who reach similar conclusions (Liao et al., 2010; Kottner et al., 2011). Therefore, the reliability of advisors is a criterion of the quality of the assessment instrument and the accuracy of the evaluation procedure, not a measure of the quantification of the agreement between credit rating agencies. It can be considered as an estimate of the reliability of the instrument in a specific study population. This is the first study to assess the reliability of the ELAN questionnaire between the holds. We talk about the high reliability of Inter-Rater for the father-mother as well as for parent-teacher evaluations and for the study population as a whole. There was no systematic difference between the subgroups of advisors.
This indicates that the use of ELAN with maternal assistants does not diminish her ability to distinguish between children with high vocabulary and low vocabulary. The reliable exchange index (RCI) was used to calculate the smallest number of T-points required for two ELAN scores to differ significantly from each other. We used two different reliability estimates to demonstrate their impact on the measures of the agreement. First, CCI, which was calculated for the entire population studied, was used as an estimate of the reliability of ELAN in the population of this study. Because CCI is calculated within and between dentendances and not between certain groups of advisors, this is a valid approach for estimating overall reliability in both rating subgroups. Another way to conduct reliability tests is the use of the intraclass correlation coefficient (CCI).  There are several types, and one is defined as «the percentage of variance of an observation because of the variability between subjects in actual values.»  The ICC area can be between 0.0 and 1.0 (an early definition of CCI could be between 1 and 1). CCI will be high if there are few differences between the partitions that are given to each item by the advisors, z.B. if all advisors give values identical or similar to each of the elements.
CCI is an improvement over Pearsons r`displaystyle r` and Spearmans `displaystyle `rho`, as it takes into account differences in evaluations for different segments, as well as the correlation between Denern. As explained above, we found a significant amount of divergent ratings only with the more conservative approach to calculating THE ROI. We looked at factors that could influence the likelihood of diverging ratings. Neither the sex of the child, nor whether it was assessed by two parents or a parent and a teacher, systematically influenced this probability. The bilingualism of the child studied was the only factor studied that increased the likelihood that a child would have divergent values. It is possible that different assessments for the small group of bilingual children reflect systematic differences in vocabulary used in the two different environments: German unilingual daycares and bilingual family environments. Larger groups and more systematic variability in bilingual environmental characteristics are needed to determine whether bilingualism has a systematic effect on advisor compliance, as proposed in this report, and, if so, where this effect originates.
