WAC-357-31-030: When a leave (as identified in WAC 357-31-005) falls on a worker`s regularly scheduled day off, the employer should provide the worker with leave instead of the worker: employees covered by collective agreements should refer to their collective agreements for the rules, directives and procedures that guide the actions of staff. The collective agreement serves as a guide for workers in this category.
